Brief 

Remedial Building Services already had a swing stage solution that satisfied the majority of their maintenance needs.

Total Access Solutions needed to find a way to access an area that the existing swing stages could not reach so that the client could perform extensive remedial building work and painting.

Solution 

The façade of the building was already accessed by a number of swing stages. However, there was one part where the outreach for the swing stage roof beams was just too far. 

The solution was to create a solid frame inside the balcony then extend out with aluminium beams and erect the scaffold upwards nine metres with one of our lightweight aluminium towers.
