Brief 

The job was to provide easy access to the apex of the roof at the rear of the steel abseiling tower at the Outdoor Pursuits Centre in Somersby, Central Coast.

Solution 

The initial solution was to provide a 130ft Boom Lift to access most of the exterior of the abseiling tower

However, due to the unsuitable ground at the rear of the tower a secondary solution was required.

Scaffolding from the ground up was the obvious course of action but concious of the clients budget we chose to punch out from the top level with aluminium beams and then build upwards with a lightweight aluminium tower. This was equally as safe and effective and considerably cheaper too!
